چکیده

This study aimed at introducing short-T1/T2 compartment to MR fingerprinting (MRF) 3 T. Water that is bound myelin macromolecules have significantly shorter T1 and T2 than free water can be distinguished from by multi-compartment analysis. We developed a new multi-inversion-recovery (mIR) mapping-MRF based on an unbalanced steady-state coherent sequence (FISP). mIR pulses with interval of 400 or 500 repetition times (TRs) were inserted into the conventional FISP MRF sequence. Data our proposed was used quantify different compartments, including water, gray matter white brain virtue iterative non-negative least square (NNLS) reweighting. Three healthy volunteers scanned clinical T MRI. Using extended phase graph simulation, we found scheme four IR allowed differentiation between short long T1/T2 components. For in vivo experiments, achieved quantification image resolution 1.17 × 5 mm /pixel. As compared technique single IR, improved detection content. In addition, using spiral-in/out trajectory provided higher signal level spiral-out trajectory. Myelin 4 qualitatively similar. Meanwhile, showed fewer artifacts detection. for rapid compartments.

Peripheral magnetic resonance angiography with a multi-compartment curved leg wrap for thigh compression.

A curved urethane rf-welded leg wrap with multi-compartment inflation was developed for optimal thigh compression to suppress venous enhancement during peripheral magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). In 49 patients with suspected peripheral vascular disease, bilateral thigh leg wraps were inflated to 60 mm Hg just prior to mask imaging of 3D bolus chase peripheral MRA at 1.5 T using 45 mL gado...

Multicompartment Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting

Magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) is a technique for quantitative estimation of spinrelaxation parameters from magnetic-resonance data. Most current MRF approaches assume that only one tissue is present in each voxel, which neglects the tissue’s microstructure, and may lead to artifacts in the recovered parameter maps at boundaries between tissues. In this work, we propose a multicompartm...

Magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF)

Understanding the need Quantitative vs Qualitative MRI data: The vast majority of common clinical MRI protocols rely on qualitative images reflecting the weighted effect of different tissue parameters. These contrast parameters include relaxation times, principally T1, T2 and T2*, as well as structural or functional quantities such as diffusion and blood flow. The absolute level of the signal v...

Automated Inversion of Attribute Mapping Expressions for Multi-Model Consistency

Because keeping two models synchronized in a multi-view modeling scenario is a tedious and error-prone task, bidirectional model transformation approaches have been developed to automatically ensure model consistency. Many existing approaches focus on the synchronization of structural aspects, i.e. creating and deleting corresponding meta class instances as well as creating, updating and deleti...
